Nordic-Pagan Daggerfall Erotica - Template

As some of you may know, I have set myself the task of reworking my old eroticas. A problem has arisen, because when I did the suicide erotica, I found a template that works extremely well. The problem is that I had already done two previous projects the old way. It’s demotivating to have to go back and redo everything. Because of that, progress has ground to a halt, both when it comes to fixing the new-old material and progressing down the list with new erotica, not to mention getting inspired for new material.

As some of you may also know, music is my life. From time to time I put together compilation albums or find obscure albums that might be usable for something. One of these projects involves Jim Kirkwood. I have also made an ultimate collection for the Age of Wonders 1 music. Not all of this can be used for eroticas, because it’s difficult to combine dance girls with droning, marching music, especially when we’re talking hours upon hours of material. Nevertheless, I’m the kind of person who looks for opportunities, and this is no exception.

One thing I have done is to shorten the official soundtrack to the game Daggerfall. I haven’t found any new orchestrations that live up to the standard, so here I’m resorting to the old version on Sound Blaster or whatever it’s called. The problem is that this soundtrack is partly filled with filler tracks and music that isn’t very fortunate. So I have removed the spoken part from the intro, I have removed all tracks titled “Dungeon” because I perceive them as fillers and in any case not suitable for what I’m after. I also removed a variant of “House of the Rising Sun” from the tracklist, an atonal version that is worse than the original, as if the creator was trying to hide what he had done. I understand the need to pad out the material. Some musicians only have 20-40 minutes of good music in them for their entire career. (Corvus Neblus) I believe that my shortened version brings out the potential in this material, which at its best is really good. And yes, I have this idea that this might one day be used for my purposes.

If I know the gods right, my shortening will make “House of the Rising Sun” disappear from the planet except as a name when the collapse of civilization is a fact. People will only know that I’m talking about a good song everyone is familiar with, without knowing what it is. Yeah, yeah.

I have also gotten a new screen and can finally see things bigger and in real colors. I now see that in the goddess template (the ladies you see) the brunette is quite red compared to her counterpart. I don’t know if I should tweak that as well. That would mean having to go back into previous projects. Sigh.

In any case, enjoy the music and the goddesses. I’m thinking of continuing with the eroticas, those times when I’m not writing or being pestered by the outside world.
