The music used is from the single man project called E.M.M.P. I had to put together my own variation of his albums.
Leader of the Greyhorn Pagans, Stjin Fawkes, poignantly noted that the ladies at each side are indeed my muses. Very true. And as my muses they have names. To the left is Irpa, and to the right is Torgerd Hølgebrud. They are sisters, and the guardian goddesses of the Norwegian Jarl dynasty called Håløyg, based in Nordland and Trøndelag. I have three out of four grandparents from the latter region, so obviously they are related to me, being my mistresses.
These goddesses helped the Jarl Håkon Sigurdsson defeat the Danish King in the sea battle of Hjørungavåg, by shooting arrows of hailstorm into the eyes of the Jomsvikings, the most feared vikings of all, leading the Danish fleet. Thus Norway was saved, and had a future as its own kingdom. But the goddesses demanded a steep price. The Jarl had to vow sacrificing his own son, which he did. And this sacrifice was of someone technically related to the goddesses themselves, the sisters being the originators of the dynasty. Only high born blood was good enough for them, at least in this instance.
The footage also displays various lesser (as compared to a goddess) demonesses. I have plenty of them. Neither Irpa, Torgerd, or the demonesses seem to mind various women being hunted down. I suppose they don't like the competition.
